By now, we have all heard that Portland is trending. But what exactly does that mean? Yes, home prices have increased in the past year, however, 2016 is still a great year to buy. Even though the FED increased the interest rate last year, we are down close to the lowest it has ever been on record. Which means, it is still a great time to buy. Or perhaps, refinance.
