Andrew is a huge fan of the Portland Trailblazers and the proud new owner of a condo here in the Rip City. He attends all of the Blazers home games but wanted a place to prop up his feet while watching the away games. Oh, and a place for meal preparation, sleeping and life’s other under roof essentials that don’t involve basketball. We found a 1200 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that suited his needs well in SE Portland. There were multiple offers and Andrew gave me the go ahead to go “all in.” We went for it and our offer was accepted. After the home inspection, we were able to negotiate a price reduction that all parties were satisfied with, just in time for the season to begin.
