Doug called me last year wanting to look at a new home near Gresham. He said that he wanted me to know up front that him and his wife, Somluedee, were leaving soon for Thailand for 6 months and not looking to buy a home until they returned. The yard was big enough for Doug’s projects and it had a 3 car garage, which was a must have. Somluedee loves the open floor plan, very spacious kitchen, dining room and butler’s pantry. Doug tells me her Thai dishes are to die for, and I have no doubts. They will spend half of the year in this home and the other half abroad, which doesn’t sound too shabby.
