Bob has racing in his blood. His main idea of a good home is one that has a place where he can tinker on a race car here and there without having to put greasy tools down on the dining room table. It is not a coincidence that the home Him and Mary selected was only 1.6 miles from Portland International Raceway. He’s slowed down some from his earlier years at the track but he’s eager to get back out there. He even told me that once I “hit the big time” selling homes I should buy a race car and he would gladly be my crew chief.
Bob and Mary’s new place is a 3 bedroom, 1-1/2 bath home in North Portland with an over sized garage for Bob. Mary has laid claim on the carport. They were a pleasure to get to know and assist in the process of finding a home. I am glad to count them both as new friends.
I hope to wave the checkered flag one day with Bob as my crew chief, but until then, I got a lot of homes to sell before I “hit the big time.”
Are you looking to buy or sell a home? I love to help people find their place.
