Chickens and an ADU in NoPo

Sara and Kim came to me as a referral from some of my favorite former clients. They were recently married and seeking a first home of their own. Their criteria included a home in NE or N Portland that would allow room to build an ADU, a home with character and a space for a chicken coop. We looked at 5 homes the first day we were together and home #4 was the winner. It meets all of the criteria they were seeking in a home. The back yard has more than enough room for chickens and an ADU. It has alley access making for a great private ADU entrance for traveling guests or the mother in law. The interior is spacious and in good condition but does allow them to make their own improvements.
