Daryl called me after seeing on one of my websites that I was from Georgia and had made the nearly 3000 mile trek from Georgia to Oregon myself. She was living in a rural town in Georgia and wanted to be close to her son Ben, in Portland. She liked that I am very familiar with construction and had taken the East to West plunge for myself.
Ben and I toured several single family homes in her price range which turned up less than desirable results. We decided to refocus on town homes and quickly settled on one that would suit Daryl’s needs. Ben really thought it would be a great fit for his Mom and she excitedly made an offer site unseen. Our offer was accepted, the Earth Advantage Town Home passed the home inspections. Daryl flew in to PDX, signed for the home the next day still having not seen the inside of her new place. As I presented her the keys and we toured the home, she was thrilled that it was a great fit for her and felt like home.
