Julie called me and requested to see some homes in the West Orient school district in Gresham so her kids would not have to switch schools mid year. We quickly narrowed it down to 2 homes and she selected this 1488 sq ft newer home in Condor Estates. Her daughter, a junior in high school, immediately loved this home and could name many of the neighbors that were classmates. The home inspection went pretty smooth but as always there was a list of repairs. I negotiated with the seller and they promptly agreed to fix them all. Julie scored a home in the neighborhood she wanted for under the asking price and with all repairs completed. She’s a pretty happy camper and I am too.
