Amanto came to me and said he needed a simple Place in Portland, walkable to his job. He is an Executive that travels often to Corvallis and also has a home in the Columbia Gorge. Low maintenance, very close to work and on site parking were his main requests. We looked all around and landed on a sweet space at the Old Town Lofts. Now he can walk to work, come home at lunch and keep his car tucked away in the garage until Corvallis comes calling.
