I started talking with Marilyn last summer. I liked her immediately – the most energetic and kind 81-year-old I’ve ever met in my life. She goes to the gym daily, has an active social life, and is sharp as a tack.
Her search started in part to move closer to downtown and partly to downsize to much smaller space. We found just the right spot – The Streetcar Lofts! Conveniently located close to her gym, grocery store, and her friends, it was jus the perfect fit. A perfect, smaller place for her to spend her next decade plus!
The sweet loft came with a built in loft space that really maximized the tiny footprint. Efficiency at it’s best!
Marilyn is making some changes now to really make it feel like a home. I’m so excited for her next phase of life with the new condo. Welcome home, Marilyn!
