Jennifer decided it was time to move on from her lovely Storybook Cottage in Milwaukie and I was fortunate enough to help her get it sold. It was time to downsize from this 3000+ square foot home and live a simpler life. We looked at several homes and condos in various areas around Portland. Jennifer decided on a 2 bedroom 1 bath condo at Jantzen Beach. She could not be happier. At a third of the size and no exterior maintenance she has a new lease on life and drastically reduced expenses. She is already talking about river adventures on the Columbia. I am so happy for her.
