Tracy contacted me and said she wanted to be within 1 mile of the new Orange line MAX station in Milwaukie. She preferred something with character and was eager to get her hands dirty. Boy, did we ever find what she was looking for. This cute craftsman fixer is within a short walking distance to the MAX station she requested and we were able to score it for $56,000 under the original asking price. There are few surfaces in this home that won’t have to be spruced up but the bones are incredible.
Tracy’s New Adventure is an exciting one. I am super happy for her.
